  • How do I book an apartment?

Click here to visit our apartments page to browse through all the homes we offer or directly contact us and we can give you recommendations depending on what kind of an apartment you are looking for. Let us know which apartment you are interested in booking, for what dates and for how many people.

After completing your reservation form, we will confirm availability and get back to you within 24-48 hours. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll walk you through payment processing, and you'll be all set!
  • How can I pay?

At the moment, we accept payments by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) or bank transfers. Each apartment booking has two separate payments: first one for the full rent amount and cleaning fee, and a second payment of 150€ - 250€ (the amount depends on the apartment in question) for the mandatory damage deposit. The deposit will be refunded after check-out. Additional services payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer, and in some cases in cash on arrival.
  • Can I cancel or get a refund?

We understand — sometimes things don't go as planned! The normal free cancellation period is until 7 days before check-in day for apartment reservations. After that, they are non-refundable. There may also be special offers and campaigns that have a different cancellation policy. Regarding refunds, each case is individually assessed and determined if and what kind of a refund is appropriate. If there has been any issues during your stay, please contact us by email
  • Why book additional services through your website? Why not directly with the service provider?

Well, first of all, because we look for discounts and offers for you! But also important: because you don't have to worry about ten different contacts and organizers, we do it all for you and you can just sit back and relax! You will always have our 24/7 phone line available and our support team to resolve any issue or add anything in our hands to make your experience just perfect!
  • Where are you located?

Currently we function completely online without an office location. However, it is very easy to get in touch with us! (See next question.)
  • What’s the best way to contact you?

Directly by email ( or by phone call / Whatsapp message (+34 672 320 494) are the best ways to get in touch with us. You can also fill in the contact form on our website. For emergencies and things that require immediate action, our phone is available 24/7.
  • Do you offer group prices?

If you are interested in staying with us as a bigger group, we recommend you to consult us about a possible group discount! However, we would like to remind that we do not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties, or parties in general in our apartments. We care about our neighbours and their rest!
  • How do I get the keys?

When you have made a reservation with us, we will contact you to arrange a personal check-in. Someone from our team will meet you by the apartment to give you the keys, show you the apartment features, and process the check-in including signing a rental contract and possible payments that are pending. Then all there is left for you to do, is to enjoy your stay with us!
